I am a freelance photographer and wife of one amazing man.  We are missionaries currently serving at a Bible institute in Florida.

I’m interested in a variety of things…all sorts of music, new bands, rock and roll, folk art, travel, Italy, the beach, reading, passion, mysticism…. But if you were to take all of that away – I would be left with my faith in a perfect God.

I believe in the Creator God, in the mystical Trinity of God as Father, Son, and Spirit (even though I don’t fully get it), I believe that the man Jesus who lived and died thousands of years ago was actually God incarnate, with skin on, if you will – and because of the supernatural, spiritual intercession and sacrifice Jesus made, our eternal souls can exist in a perfect heaven after our physical death.

There is much more to this than I can even begin to delve into here…but perhaps more later… I still have so much left to learn.

I hope I make no apologies for myself, my words, my faith, and my perceptions of life as we know it.

And this is what i learned and am learning:

GOD loves me. and He loves you.

It’s not a cheesy sunday school song and it’s not this abstract concept that’s beyond me – it’s seemingly too big and more than enough, but it’s this amazing truth that i am WORTH it to Him, that He rescues me from darkness.

It’s more than wonderful – but sometimes it’s as though i’ve been plucking daisies my whole life…He loves me, He loves me not. He loves me, He loves me not – and i’m finally able to settle up once and for all that HE LOVES ME.
